These
classes gently and safely invite you to explore and experiment
with new ways of relating to yourself and to others. I invite
curiosity and discovery, both individually and as a group body, of
new options for self-expression, partnering, and group engagement
using touch, movement, voice and play. I model options for
expression and connection through my personal example, and by
directly engaging you. I welcome your whole self, and encourage
you to expand while being easy, being playful, and having
fun. |
